Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing may take a few additional days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100. Orders under $100 are subject to shipping rates calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

We ship via major national and regional carriers. Estimated transit times for standard shipping are 5–7 business days from the date of shipment. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Transit times are estimates and not guarantees. Ghost Golf is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Estimated transit times vary by country and shipping method selected at checkout.

Ghost Golf is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or carrier issues outside the United States.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout. Ghost Golf has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information prior to placing your order.

We do not offer refunds on customs fees, duties, or taxes, and we do not offer free return shipping on international orders.

Golf Bags

Due to their size and weight, golf bags may be subject to additional shipping surcharges. Any applicable surcharges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Golf bags shipped internationally may incur higher customs fees and duties. These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].

Lost or Stolen Packages

Ghost Golf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. You are also welcome to reach out to us at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Ghost Golf is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
